Principal's Message

Cavalier community,

Undoubtedly, the 2022-2023 school year will bring its challenges, but here at Rafael Cantu, we are preparing to turn those challenges into opportunities for growth. Our goal is to produce well-rounded students that can employ problem-solving skills in cognitively challenging situations, solve differences through dialogue and diplomacy, communicate clearly and effectively, use technology to enhance productivity, and acquire leadership skills as they participate in all aspects of school life.

To this end, we are proud to announce that Rafael Cantu will create opportunities for students to interact with science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics through our STEAM academy. In addition, we will also provide them with an appreciation of foreign languages and cultures through our World Language academy. At Rafael Cantu Junior High, we understand that you have a choice of schools. Therefore, we are highly honored that you have chosen us. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
