Hello and Welcome back Mighty Cavaliers!!
My name is Debbie Esquivel. I am the female athletic coordinator. I teach 6th-8th physical education and 7th-8th grade female athletics.
I am a proud graduate of Mission High School where I participated in numerous sports. I continued my education and graduated from UTPA. I have a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and a minor in English. Along with going to college, I had the opportunity to compete in NPC Fitness, where I became the NPC Cornerstone Fitness Champion, and NPC National Fitness Champion. I decided I wanted to continue with health and fitness. I work at Austin Middle School for 1 year. In 2008 was privileged with the opportunity to work at R. Cantu Jr. High where I have been, since it’s opening. This will be my 14 year as a physical education teacher. I look forward to working with all my students. I strongly believe everyone is marked with greatness.
